TY-MK120型數控鉚接機 TY-MK120型數控鉚接機是為變速箱后殼體兩種產品鉚接導油槽專門設計的專用機床,該機床由機座、床身、兩套夾具、橫梁、Z軸體、鉚頭等主要部件構成。機床設計為三個坐標，橫梁左右運動為X軸，主軸（鉚頭）上下運動為Z軸，橫梁前后運動為Y軸，X與Y兩坐標軸可以聯動，Z軸為液壓控制，不可與另兩軸同時移動。機床配置FANUC 0i Mate數控系統(tǒng)，X軸和Y軸由AC伺服電機驅動。該機床可滿足工序質量、節(jié)拍要求，并有效的提高生產效率。
