Safety
Safety is a priority with our team at A.S.H. Coachlines, we assure you that we meet all safety requirements and are equipped to provide comfort and security on every trip.
Cancellations: To ensure that you receive your full refund we require that you inform one of our customer service representatives of any cancellations no less than seven (7) days prior to departure. Failure to do so, may result in a $100.00 fee per coach her chartering group.
We reserve the right to revoke your booking should you fail to provide a designated pick-up location, an itinerary, and an authorized confirmation of your reservation in an appropriate time frame or failure to submit a deposit or payment in full by the dates specified by our agents.
Weather: We understand inconvenience, however, A.S.H Coachlines will not be held responsible for accommodations, meals, alternate transportation, and other necessities for those passengers who are stranded as a result of unruly weather. We will do our best, however, to reschedule the departure at such a time when our driver deems it safe to proceed with the charter.
Baggage and Property Liability: Though we do not set limitations in the amount if baggage per passenger, we can only carry to capacity. Therefore, to avoid any delays and/or confusion on the day of departure, we ask that you limit your baggage to one (1) piece.
Please note that we are not liable for personal belongings.
